Our shop is located in the middle of Keihan Uji and JR Uji, so it’s super easy to find us.
There are two recommended ways to get here. You can take either Keihan or JR train.

By JR train…
If you depart from Kyoto, you can take every train on JR Nara Line located at platform 8,9,10 at Kyoto station.
Every train starts from Kyoto Station on Nara Line will arrive at Uji station.
What you need to do is to find the right platform and wait for the train.
If you depart from Osaka, you need to get to Kyoto station first.
If you are in the downtown of Osaka, you can take S.Rapid train on Kyoto Line. It only takes 27 minutes to arrive at Kyoto station.
While you depart from Kansai International Airport(KIX), you can take JR Haruka which takes 74 minutes to get to Kyoto station.
Please turn left to walk out from the South Exit.
Go straight ahead on this road. The maccha shop “Itohkyuemon” will be on your right hand, as “Nakamura Tokichi” is at the end of it.
Then turn left and go straight, our shop is located on the 2nd floor of the building “宇治橋ビル(Uji Bashi Biru)”

By Keihan train…
If you are from Gion-shijo or Sanjo station, you can take limited express train on Keihan Main Line to Chushojima station.
It only takes 14 minutes to Chushojima station.
If you are from Yodoyabashi station in Osaka, you can take limited express train on Keihan Main Line to Chushojima station.
No matter where you are from, you need transfer to the train for Uji at Chushojima station.
Please walk out from the exit 2.
It takes about 5 mins on foot from Keihan Uji station to our shop.
When you walk out from the Keihan Uji station, you will see the Uji Bridge on your right hand.
After you cross the bridge, there is a big gray Torii on your left hand.
And our shop is on the second floor of the building called 宇治橋ビル next to the Torii.
